This time I will not gripe about something, but share great news on our progress.

Yes!!! We received tentative approval for a wine and beer license for Mozzeria!

Why is the approval tentative and what does the final approval depend on?

The representative from Department of Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) needs to make an official visit to Mozzeria. When construction is nearly 90% done, the ABC representative will inspect the property to ensure that Mozzeria meets requirements before formally awarding us the liquor type 41 license.

That is exciting news! We are still hard at work completing different construction projects. A brand new and shiny beer dispenser just arrived at Mozzeria. We are still tasting beers and need to make decisions on which beer to sell. We are also close to finalizing the wine menu.
