Our Dream
I am a woman on a mission. My ultimate goal is a simple desire; to create quality pizza for everyone to enjoy. It must be so good, you’d taste the passion itself.
As a child growing up in a restaurant environment, I’ve watched my family run their restaurants. Food is magical because it fulfills our stomachs while at the same time bringing us together as family. My father is a 2nd generation restaurateur and is the source of my inspiration. Staying true to tradition, I am proud to be the third generation in my family by serving pizzas in a wood-burning oven. The goal is to showcase original regional dishes, traditional pizza styles, and modern Italian cuisine with an international influence.
I have been on a journey to create Mozzeria. It is an adventure that has its own challenges and risk. I am of three minorities with each having their own place in the challenge of starting and running a restaurant. To aid myself, I draw upon my experience from my family, my bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from San Francisco State University, and my roles as a special event planner, corporate ambassador, and community relations director.
