Mozzeria is Growing! We are seeking a candidate to manage the restaurant, provide leadership and support all members of the Mozzeria team for operational excellence.


Job Type: Full-time


Minimum Qualifications:

·         Demonstrate knowledge of restaurant, hospitality or retail industry

·         Manage restaurant, catering and food truck operations

·         Accurately analyze financial data (e.g. monitor food and labor costs, etc.)

·         Responsible for staffing and managing employees

·         Knowledge of, and ability to meet, food safety standards

·         Proficient in English as a written language and use of American Sign Language


Preferred Qualifications

·         Food Safety Manager Certificate, or ability to obtain within first 30 days of hiring

·         Customer service management

·         Leadership and business ethics

·         Desire to work in fun, fast paced environment

·         Physically able to lift up to 50lbs

·         Standing

·         Walking

·         Pushing
